The lodge is operating and doing well. The owners have a health issue that is forcing them to leave. The owners would share any information they have on the lodge with the new buyers. We have not contacted any lenders yet concerning financing, I do have couple of lenders who I think may be able to assist. I do not know about owner financing, possibley a small amount.
